Look for our Price Match badge next to our published pricing—it’s your guarantee that you’re getting the absolute lowest price available online for the same project, activity, duration and nationality. If you somehow find a lower price elsewhere, we promise to match it! (Naturally, this excludes special promotions or limited-time discounts.) How it Works:
We want you to get the best value! If you find an identical trip or item at a lower price from an approved competitor, we’ll match it.
- It must be the exact same: The trip, project, activity, dates, and all details must be identical. This includes any seasonal or nationality-based pricing.
- It must be available: The competitor’s lower price must be publicly advertised and the trip available for immediate purchase/booking. It must include any extras such as administration or registration fees.
- No special deals: This excludes competitor flash sales, clearance, membership prices, or special bundle offers. We also don’t match pricing errors.
- Easy to request: Just show us the verifiable lower price before you book or buy. We’ll quickly check and adjust your price if it qualifies.
