The Realm of the Tiger is a 5 day / 4 night programme to provide field education on the conservation of tigers and big cats. It has been designed by the Malaysian Conservation Alliance for Tigers (MYCAT) to supplement existing knowledge of Malayan tigers and their prey by immersing participants in the forests, hills and streams of one of the world’s oldest rainforests. It is aimed at zookeepers and docents who work with jungle cats and other rainforest mammals to enhance the education and entertainment of their zoo programmes. It is a unique once-in-a-lifetime- experience that will also appeal to conservationists and seasoned jungle lovers.

You will get a rare insight into the tiger’s habitat and first-hand understanding from the MYCAT field staff.  Savour the extraordinary experience of an overnight jungle camp with the indigenous people of the Batek, a nomad tribe that has shared the forest with this apex predator for centuries.

NOTE THAT PLACES ARE LIMITED to 8 participants based on a first-come-first-served basis.
